Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through the online shop of Beya Rebai.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale before completing their purchase.

2. Products
The shop primarily offers art prints created from original works and illustrations by Beya Rebai.
Product photographs, colours and dimensions are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur between the appearance of a product on screen and the physical print, particularly due to individual screen settings.
Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and refunded where applicable.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in [EUR / currency configuration to be confirmed] and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are not included in the displayed product price unless otherwise stated. They are calculated and displayed before the customer confirms the order.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Orders
The customer is responsible for checking the products, quantities, delivery address and other information provided before confirming an order.
An order becomes final once payment has been successfully completed and an order confirmation has been issued.
Beya Rebai reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a payment issue, suspected fraud, obvious pricing error or product unavailability.
5. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.
6. Shipping
Orders are prepared and dispatched from France within 7 business days after payment has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on the destination and carrier and are therefore separate from the preparation period.
Orders may be shipped to France and selected international destinations.
We currently do not ship to the United States.
The destinations available for delivery will be shown during checkout.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
7. Delivery
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs for resending the order may be charged to the customer, subject to applicable consumer law.
Damaged orders
If an order arrives damaged, please contact shop@beyarebai.com as soon as possible after delivery, including your order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged item where possible.
Where the damage occurred before the customer took physical possession of the order, Beya Rebai will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. This may include replacement or reimbursement, depending on the circumstances and availability of the product.
Nothing in this section limits the customer's statutory rights in relation to damaged, defective or non-conforming goods.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify Beya Rebai of their decision to withdraw from the purchase without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a clear statement of their decision to withdraw to:

or use the withdrawal form provided at the end of these Terms.
After notifying Beya Rebai of the withdrawal, the customer must return the goods within 14 days.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. French rules permit the return cost to be placed on the consumer provided this is communicated in advance.
Products must be returned with reasonable care and suitably packaged to protect them during transport.
Except where required by applicable law, no additional voluntary returns or exchanges are offered outside the statutory right of withdrawal.
9. Refunds following withdrawal
Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, the customer will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The refund includes the price paid for the relevant goods and, where legally required, the applicable standard outbound delivery costs. Under French rules, reimbursement must generally be made within 14 days after the seller is informed of the withdrawal, subject to the statutory conditions governing returned goods.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
10. Damaged, defective or non-conforming products
The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from the customer's rights when a product is damaged, defective or does not correspond to what was ordered.
Customers should contact shop@beyarebai.com with their order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.
Applicable statutory consumer guarantees remain unaffected by these Terms. Consumers purchasing goods in the EU benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are defective or do not correspond to their description.
11. Intellectual Property
All artworks, illustrations, photographs, designs, texts and other creative content presented on the website and sold through the shop remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Purchasing a print transfers ownership of the physical copy only.
It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial exploitation rights in the artwork.
No artwork or image may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
12. Personal Data
Personal information collected in connection with orders is processed for purposes including order processing, payment, delivery and customer service.

13. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Where the customer is a consumer residing in another country, nothing in these Terms deprives them of any mandatory consumer protections applicable to them under the law.
