A little note about your order

This is an independent artist-run shop. Alongside my illustration practice, I personally prepare and pack each order with care. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from France within 7 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

International Orders

International shipping is available to selected destinations.

Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges upon arrival. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

We currently do not ship to the United States.

Returns

If you are a consumer and the statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify me that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned carefully packaged and in good condition.

Outside the statutory right of withdrawal, I do not offer additional returns or exchanges.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at shop@beyarebai.com, including your order number and photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item where possible.

Where the item was damaged before you received it, an appropriate solution will be offered in accordance with applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances and availability of the print, this may include a replacement or refund.
